Eurovision: Bruno, Sophie and CeCe get ready to judge
The judging panel consisted of singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Strictly Come Dancing's Bruno Tonioli but, it was the third addition who caused the most debate on social media.
Cece Sammy is an award-winning vocal and performance coach who started her career as a backing vocalist for artists including Diana Ross and Sting.
But, many at home had no idea who she was after Mel Giedroyc failed to reveal exactly why each judge was qualified to decide who should represent the UK in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
Those tuning in took to Twitter to question who Cece was and why she had been given such a large role on the BBC Two show.

Cece also appeared to annoy many viewers as she insisted on shouting her feedback to contestants despite wearing a microphone.
