VIEWERS of The Chase were thrilled last night as a player won £50,000 to take back to the team against chaser, Anne 'The Governess' Hegerty.

Terry, who is also a poker player, began to impress in the cash builder, answering just one question wrong.
As a result, Anne gave him a high offer of £50,000, which Terry accepted without hesitation.
Head to head with Anne, Terry, known as the "Telminator" in poker circles, got question after question right.
Clearly concerned, The Governess turned to host Bradley Walsh and said: "Bradley, this guy is starting to worry me."

Terry went on to win £50,000 for the final round, with Anne saying: "I can't remember when I last played a better player."
Watching the impressive feat, fans of the quiz show suggested Terry should become one of the Chasers.
