'No action in our house' Ruth Langsford refuses to review sex life with Eamonn Holmes
THE Loose Women ladies are known for sharing their frank opinions, and Ruth Langsford certainly didn't hold back when discussing her sex life with Eamonn Holmes earlier today.
Ruth Langsford says she wouldn't review Eamonn Holmes in bed
Ruth Langsford talks about appraisals in the bedroom
The show panellists were talking about a new study that suggested giving your partner a review on their ability in the bedroom was the "key to a long lasting relationship", when Ruth opened up about her own sexual antics.
Ironically, when she was introducing the segment, Ruth said: "How would you react if your partner asked you to do a sex review? Don't even think about it Eamonn Holmes…"
And despite directly telling her husband not to rate her in the bedroom, Ruth then launched into an explanation about why it's good to talk about what you like and don't like sex-wise.
She explained: "I think it's good you talk to each other about what you like and what you don't like. We treat men like they have this power to know what you like but they don't unless you tell them."
Ruth didn't hold back on today's Loose Women
I think it's good you talk to each other about what you like and what you don't like
Before quickly clarifying: "I don't lie there and give appraisals [or reviews] like Eamonn [come and] sit down… But I think you should talk about it."
Gloria Hunniford then pointed out Ruth and Eamonn would have trouble in the bedroom department because of Eamonn's recent double-hip operation.
Evidently unalarmed at leaving Eamonn more than a little red-faced, Ruth confirmed: "Not a lot of action in our house at the moment."
Ruth wasn't the only lady to admit she wasn't phased about telling her other-half what she liked sexually, as Linda Robson admitted she would "happily" review her husband Mark Dunford.
Loose Women continues on ITV on weekdays at 12:30pm.
