'Binge-worthy' Amazon Prime series is so good people can't stop recommending it
A six series Amazon Prime television series that first aired in 2015 comes highly recommended as your next binge-worthy boxset to stream.

If you're at a loss as to what TV series you should stream and binge-watch next, an Amazon Prime show comes highly recommended by its previous viewers.
The suggestion came after one TV fan sought advice on Reddit for a five-plus season show that "lets you fall into the world". They elaborated in their request: "I’m looking for a new show to binge watch, it’s been a while since I’ve found one that’s 5 seasons+ and lets you completely dissolve into the world."
The Reddit user added the sort of programmes they've enjoyed in the past include Lost, Friday Night Lights, Suits, This is Us, Outer Banks and Community. "Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!" they exclaimed.
There was a clear favourite among the respondents, with many describing The Expanse as must-see TV. Indeed, The Expanse is a sci-fi series comprising six seasons, the first of which aired in 2015.
IMDb's synopsis of the show states: "The disappearance of rich-girl-turned-political-activist links the lives of Ceres detective, accidental ship captain and U.N. politician. Amid political tension between Earth, Mars and the Belt, they unravel the greatest conspiracy."
"You will love it!" one Reddit user declared in reply to the original post. "It’s great. It starts like Battlestar Galactica. With an amazing pilot/first episode and, unlike BSG, it never lets up from there. The whole show never drops in quality, writing and acting. I wish I could watch it for the first time again!"
A second person added: "It makes me very happy when the Expanse is a top comment on threads like this. I recommend it to everyone all the time. We need more fans so they will make seasons 7-9."
While a third declared: "1,000% The Expanse. In a similar vein, I’d also recommend super underrated For All Mankind with its 5th season currently airing. It’s alternative history of the space race and it has the same writer as The Expanse I treat it as a soft prequel to it."

Starring Steven Strait, Dominique Tipper, and Wes Chatham, The Expanse spans 62 episodes in total and boasts an impressive rating of 8.5 out of 10 on IMDb following 191,000 reviews.
Fellow review site, Rotten Tomatoes, provides an average rating of 95% amongst viewers. It adds its own description of the show: "Hundreds of years in the future, things are different than what humanity is used to after humans have colonised the solar system and Mars has become an independent military power. Rising tensions between Earth and Mars have put them on the brink of war.
"Against this backdrop, a hardened detective and a rogue ship's captain come together to investigate the case of a missing young woman. The investigation leads them on a race across the solar system that could expose the greatest conspiracy in human history."
