WARNING: THIS STORY CONTAINS SPOILERS

Kaos is now airing on Netflix and the highly-anticipated Greek mythology series features a stellar cast including Jeff Goldblum as Zeus and Janet McTeer as Hera. The series follows the gods of Mount Olympus, led by Zeus, as they wield their power over mortals.

On Earth, there are a number of humans who are brought together by fate, with a responsibility to defy the gods and bring down Zeus and his family. Riddy (played by Aurora Perrineau) is one of those humans, who has a number of encounters with Billie Piper's character.

One of the first scenes shows the Doctor Who star stealing a tin of cat food, which she proceeds to eat after Riddy tells police she would buy it for her. Billie's character tells Riddy she would be rid of her partner Orpheus (Killian Scott) once the day is out.

Lo and behold, Riddy ends up in the Underworld, meaning Billie's character was correct all along. Throughout the series, she appears on edge that a war between the gods and humans is imminent.

By the end of the series, it is revealed the character's name is Cassandra, a prophet who guides Riddy to reach her destiny.

A prophet, by definition, is a person regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God.

In the context of the series, Cassandra's role is to convince Riddy it is her responsibility to oversee Zeus' downfall.

By the end of the first season, she updates Riddy on Ari (Leila Farzad) and Caneus' (Misia Butler) quests and Riddy is pleased to hear Caneus is safe.

Cassandra guides Riddy to Ari, who took over her father's leadership role and brought justice to the remaining Trojans.

Actress Billie spoke to Buzzfeed about her role in the Netflix series, saying: "I loved my role, it's really small my role but it's like a killer cameo I think."

She said she could not wait for people to see her in the mysterious role although she could not divulge too much about it at the time.
