This Morning: Cat Deeley jokingly walks away ahead of interview
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby returned to the This Morning sofa today with a whole host of guests joining them. Former SM:TV Live host Cat Deeley was just one of the stars appearing via video link to discuss her latest book The Joy in You, as well as reminiscing over her time presenting alongside ?Ant and Dec on the popular kids' show. However, when Phil and Holly showed her an old clip of her on the show, Cat left her seat and walked out of shot.
Phil and Holly welcomed ITV viewers back from an ad break and gave fans an update of what was to come on the show.
When they introduced Cat's interview, an old clip of her on SM:TV Live played onscreen.
"It's been 22 years since SM:TV Live was on our screens," Phil began.
Surprised to see the youthful Cat alongside Ant and Dec, Holly could be heard saying: "Oh, my God."

Phil continued: "And believe it or not, This Morning had a hand in the show starting out."
"That's our old studio," Holly commented as the SM:TV trio could be seen on the This Morning couch in the throwback clip.
Holly let out a gasp as the camera cut to Cat from her home, clearly mortified.
As Cat squirmed at the sight of the video, Phil said: "We've got the whole thing!"
Cat jokingly waved her hand at the camera and signalled for the pair to "go away".
Phil and Holly shared a laugh at Cat's response, prompting the presenter-turned-author to leave her seat and jokingly walk out of shot.
"I'm going, bye," Cat said but she did return later in the show to speak to the This Morning hosts.
Cat's appearance on the show was a welcome one among ITV viewers who quickly took to social media to voice their delight at seeing the star back on screens.

Cat's appearance wasn't the only thing to catch the eye of viewers today as a mishap with the Spin to Win competition left the show in disarray.
The wheel has to be wheeled in by Phil instead of being hoisted down as per usual due to a broken wench.
However, when the segment was over, Phil took matters into his own hands and launched the wheel across the studio.
"Someone catch it," Holly shouted as a member of the crew jumped into action to take the prop off-set.
This Morning continues weekdays at 10am on ITV.
