Dancing on Ice: James Jordan hit with ICE BALL ahead of final
James Jordan hasn’t had the best of lucks with his injuries on Dancing On Ice.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional has been prone to accidents throughout his gruelling training regime.
And it was confirmed to Express.co.uk earlier today he had suffered from yet another.
A representative explained how he had hurt his shoulder - which had previously given him bother - while training yesterday.
James took a trip to see the show’s medic who assessed him there and then.
It was then confirmed James had a subluxed shoulder.
The painful diagnosis means James’ had a partial or incomplete desolation to his shoulder joint.
As a result, James wasn’t able to skate in a planned rehearsal in front of the camera.
However, he will be fine to skate this evening in the grande finale.
James wasn’t the only contestant to suffer from an injury as well.
Yesterday, news emerged showing Wes Nelson had gained a wrist injury.
Some pictures from ITV showed the former Love Island star on the ice doubled over in agony.
Wes clutched his wrist while his professional partner, Vanessa Bauer, headed over to see if he was ok.
The pair then went to see the on-show physio who took a closer look.
It was then revealed Wes had popped a small bone out of his wrist.
Thankfully, it wasn’t too serious and Wes received some strapping to keep everything in place.
It hasn’t jeopardised his performance in tonight’s finale, thankfully.
Wes and James will be joined by Saara Alto in the last show.
The trio will all perform two routines before two of them get the chance to take on the Bolero.
Dancing On Ice continues tonight on ITV at 6pm.
