Evil mum who abused boy sent back to prison for fling with convicted sex offender
Nine year old Tony Hudgell was abused so badly when he was a baby that his legs were amputated.
The monster mum who abused her baby so badly his legs were amputated is back in jail after hooking up with a sex offender.
Earlier this year nine-year-old Tony Hudgell became the youngest known recipient of a King’s New Years Honour after raising more than £1.8 million for the hospital which saved his life.
Tony, alongside his adoptive mother Paula, 56, founded the Tony Hudgell Foundation to support and help vulnerable people - and he was given the sweet nickname of Princess Kate's "best friend" after meeting each other.
Now it’s been revealed that the woman who abused him as a tot - Jody Simpson - has been recalled to prison after breaking her strict licence conditions by having “a relationship with a convicted sex offender,” reports The Sun.
Simpson, 30, and partner Anthony Smith were jailed for ten years in 2018 for torturing then six-week-old Tony who had multiple injuries, organ failure and sepsis.
She was released in February but Tony’s adoptive mum Paula, was told last week Simpson was back behind bars.
Paula said: “The fact she’s been having a relationship with a convicted sex offender is shocking.
"It proves she’s still a risk to society and belongs behind bars,” reports The Sun.
Paula, from West Malling, Kent, said that when she broke the news to Tony. He said: “Good, that’s where she needs to be.”
HM Prison and Probation Service told The Sun: “We don’t hesitate to recall offenders to custody if they break the rules.”

Express.co.uk has approached HM Prison and Probation Service for comment.
Little Tony was sweetly nicknamed Princess Kate's "best friend" as has previously met Kate, and sent her well wishes in her cancer recovery. He was left upset, however, when bad traffic meant that he missed the first Buckingham Palace garden party of the year.
However, the Royal Family quickly swooped in to the rescue and responded to mum Paula’s tweet about missing the event.
They said: “Sorry to hear this, Tony! We were looking forward to seeing you too. Fancy trying again another day? Leave it with us…”
Inspired by the late Captain Tom Moore’s fundraising walk in 2020, a then-five-year-old Tony walked 10km on his prosthetic legs to raise the cash. In addition to his fundraiser, the now-nine-year-old also inspired an English law change, known as 'Tony's Law', enacted in the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.
'Tony's Law' calls for increased prison sentences for those convicted of child cruelty and neglect.
