Princess Beatrice stuns in high-street dress - you can recreate her look for less than £20

The Princess' look featured an old Topshop mini dress, but we've found some other versions on a budget.

Royal mother and daughter Princess Beatrice and Sarah Ferguson attended the Lady Garden Foundation lunch this week, a charity fundraising event to raise awareness of women's gynaecological health.

Princess Beatrice opted to re-wear an old Topshop dress for the occasion - a long-sleeved tea dress in a raspberry shade, with a subtle polka dot pattern. It's not uncommon for the Princess to step out wearing high-street brands and for fans, this means it's affordable enough to re-create her look without breaking the bank.

Though the Topshop dress is now sold out, there are plenty of alternatives at other high-street retailers that have a similar look.

One of the best and most affordable alternatives we have found is the Floral Satin Pink Mini Dress, which has had a huge reduction from £75 to £15 in the Oliver Bonas sale.

The pretty floral dress toes the line between summer and winter, and much like Princess Beatrice's, it's a highly versatile shade.

Alternatively, Abercrombie and Fitch are selling the Paloma Long-Sleeve Mini Dress. The shade of the dress is more of a muted tone but still takes inspiration from the original look with long sleeves and a high neck.

It's slightly more expensive at £52, but the design is timeless and would work on a yearly rotation every autumn.

If you'd like to recreate Princess Beatrice's style but with a more casual edge, the Burgundy Funnel Neck Crinkled Mini Dress from New Look is a great option. And to top it off, the dress is less than £20. Retailing for £19.99, the relaxed sleeves and cut offer a similar look that can easily be thrown on for a day of shopping, a lunch date or even to work.
