Zara Tindall has shared a rare emotional statement this week expressing her love for her career. Princess Anne's daughter, who is well-known for being a professional equestrian, went to the races in Hereford on Monday to support her horse named "A Little Something".

According to GB News, Zara bred the mare from the stallion Dartmouth, who was a Royal Ascot winner when he raced for Zara’s late grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, who shared the same passion and love for horseracing.

Before the race on Monday, Zara - the niece of King Charles - spoke to Sky Sports Racing and confirmed that the horse would be the last racehorse she would breed.

In a quick interview, she said: “She is a nice mare. She’s sweet, isn’t she? She jumps well. She just needs to get a bit braver.

"I like schooling them. I enjoy that. They have got to jump well and still want to gallop fast."

The 43-year-old also confirmed that she no longer gets to spend as much time with her racehorses as she once did.

She told Sky Sports: "I never get to do it enough so it’s nice to actually make it work. This is why we do it, isn’t it?” According to GB News, Zara was crowned eventing world champion in 2006 as well as BBC Sports Personality of the Year.

In 2007, Zara - the only daughter of Princess Anne - was awarded an MBE and became a member of the British team which won eventing silver at the 2012 London Olympics.
