Meghan Markle heaped with praise for doing very ordinary thing most people do every day
Former Archwell employee Mandana Dayani has praised the Duchess of Sussex - and recalls one very ordinary instance.
Meghan Markle has been heaped with praise by a former employee for doing a very ordinary thing most people do every day.
Mandana Dayani, who previously worked for Archewell, has praised Meghan's "kindness" and has spoken out in support of the Duchess "in light of these endless and damaging narratives".
Describing both Meghan and Prince Harry as "selfless humanitarians", Mandana - who worked for Archewell for 18 months between 2021 and 2022 - recalled how the couple "put her at ease" when she attended her first royal gala.
Praising the royal, she recalled walking into a room and finding Meghan "steaming her jumpsuit" and "finishing her own makeup".
Speaking to US Weekly, she said: "Part of the profound injustice of having to speak publicly on this in light of these endless and damaging narratives is that so much of the kindness, mentorship, and support that Prince Harry and Meghan share with others happens quietly behind closed doors."

She added: "Some of my favourite memories were during our weekly meetings in their Montecito home, where Meghan always served the most incredible lunches, snacks and her latest beautiful concoction."
Discussing her first royal gala, Dayani said: "I walked into their room [and found] Meghan finishing her own makeup and steaming her jumpsuit.
"We all toasted with a sip of champagne while Meghan danced to her favourite oldies playlist."
Speaking to the publication, she also recalled how the Duchess reacted to a "global crisis" when she travelled with her to Texas after the horrific 2022 school shooting. She also claims that Meghan has kept in touch with the families affected by the tragedy.

Speaking of the visit, she said: "For hours, [Meghan] sat in a room with grieving families, going one-by-one to each person — hugging them and crying with them."
This comes after The Hollywood Reporter, one of America's prestigious entertainment news sources, recently published a scathing report labelling the Duchess of Sussex "Duchess Difficult".
The article also claimed that her staff are allegedly "terrified" of her and her "belittling" behaviour towards them.
