Royal fans issue the same complaint as Duchess Sophie accused of fashion fail
The Duchess of Edinburgh has upset royal fans with a fashion fail as they call for her to hire a stylist.
Duchess Sophie's fashion choices can be a hit or miss. She doesn't always get it right, like Princess Kate, but doesn't tend to fail either like Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, can.
But this time, the Duchess of Edinburgh has failed as fans call her out for a mismatched ensemble. Sophie was at a charity event for Parity for Disability in Camberley on September 25, going for a business look.
She wore a Gabriela Hearst ‘Stephanie’ Double-Breasted Superfine Wool Blazer in Chocolate which she has worn before.
The outfit was accessorised with a Sophie Habsburg ’Gilda Animalier’ Bag in Zebra White Brown which is a new item in her wardrobe.
Other repeats in her look included Jimmy Choo ‘Ixia 80’ Wine Red Patent Leather Pumps, Giuliabarela Jewelry Orecchini Arizona earrings, as well as a Cassandra Goad 'Love the Life' quote pendant.

But royal fans felt that while individually each item worked, put together the outfit was clunky and didn't match very well.
Over on Instagram page Royal Fashion Police, they wrote: "Pink top, brown blazer, green pants, wine/burgundy shoes, black and white bag. Enough said!"
Another echoed the sentiment, adding: "What an absolute mish mash of so many different colours just all thrown together. She definitely needs a good stylist. Perhaps she could get some styling tips from Zara who just happens to be one of the most stylish and best dressed British Royal women?"

Others straight up hated the whole look. One person wrote: "What's happened to Sophie? She use to be so stylish, elegant and regal in 2000-2010."
Another wrote: "Sophie immediately should hire a stylist, in the past she had perfect sense of fashion but recently she barely wears beautiful clothes."
Others said: "Another horrid bag and the whole outfit just doesn't look good together," and "How does she get it wrong consistently? She could dress and look great. But always ends up looking like a mish mash or frumpy."
