Sarah Ferguson has made a secret visit to New York City for Climate Week - with Prince Harry also stepping out in the Big Apple.

Taking to Instagram, Sarah - who lives at Royal Lodge in Windsor with her former husband Prince Andrew - wrote: "I have the pleasure of being in New York for this year’s Climate Week and want to bring you behind the scenes!

"It was so inspiring to meet so many motivated young people who are looking to make the future a much more positive place to be. Can’t wait for day 2!"

Stepping out in the Big Apple, Sarah stunned fans in a Tom Ford silk-trimmed cotton-velvet blazer in cobalt blue, Emilio Pucci ‘Onde’ tie-neck printed blouse and Geox 'Respira’ black lace up gold studded heel ankle boots.

Although many fans praised the 64-year-old's dedication to her work, many fans also shared their interest over whether she met with Harry whilst in New York.

Prince Harry has been in New York this week, making appearances at major events such as the Clinton Global Initiative in New York on Tuesday.

He also appeared at the Diana Award event in Manhattan as part of the 14th Concordia Annual Summit on Monday.

Taking to the comment section on a selection of pictures uploaded by Sarah to the social media platform, one fan commented: "Will you meet with Prince Harry?"

Another wrote: "Will you meet up with Prince Harry in New York?" Not naming the Duke of Sussex, another wrote: "Are you going to touch base with your best friend's son?"

Unlike others who asked whether she would meet Harry, another urged her not to plan a meet-up. The fan wrote: "Gah, please don’t meet up with Harry!"

Many fans appear to be amazed by her work and willingness to "benefit others in the community".
