Nick Knowles reveals Strictly Come Dancing injury

It looks as though there could be trouble on the way for one Strictly Come Dancing celebrity.

During Wednesday's instalment of It Takes Two, BBC viewers were given a sneak peak at some of the celebrities in rehearsals for their upcoming routines.

One of which included Pete Wicks and his professional partner Jowita Przystał who will be doing an American Smooth this Saturday night.

However, after seeing the former TOWIE star practising, some fans have been left concerned.

It wasn't long before people took to Twitter to air their thoughts, with many not blown away by his frame.

One person said: "Oh dear Pete looks terrible in rehearsals."

Agreeing, someone else wrote: "Hmmm I just said that lol. Chris by far looking the best from what we've seen. Think Montell and Sarah will be great as well."

Another added: "Pete's American Smooth isn't looking good at all..."

Someone ele commented: "Pete's frame is looking very awkward."

Speaking about his upcoming routine, Pete confessed: "I know nothing about American Smooth other than it's really difficult! Even just doing the frame hurts me."

Jowita told BBC viewers that this week, they're going to be focusing more on the technical side of the dance.

In a sneak peek at their rehearsal, Pete was seen getting one of the steps wrong as they started the move again.

Pete added: "The steps are confusing, it's like building a house, isn't it?

"I'm trying to lay foundations because if I don't the whole house is going to crumble on a Saturday night, isn't it? I'll need Nick (Knowles) to rebuild it."

Last weekend, Pete and Jowita failed to impress the judges as they earned a total of 17 for their first performance.

This has landed them as joint 14th on the leaderboard, alongside Paul Merson and Karen Hauer who were given the same score.

Strictly Come Dancing continues this Saturday on BBC One from 6:15pm and Strictly: It Takes Two airs weeknights on BBC Two from 6pm
