A PR expert believes the Royal Family have already distanced themselves from Prince Andrew and will therefore not be concerned about the new three-part series A Very Royal Scandal.

"Ejected" Prince Andrew will continue "to be a story" with whatever he does next, but will not be able to redeem himself, a PR guru has claimed.

Following the release of A Very Royal Scandal, based on the lead-up to and aftermath of Prince Andrew's infamous Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, royal experts have discussed what this could mean for the Royal Family.

According to Mark Borkowski, the royals will not be concerned about the three-part series as they have already "taken a very aggressive attitude to distance him".

He shared: "I really don't think that causes any headaches for the Royal Family any longer. There's nothing to redeem there, particularly when he's been ejected."

On what he believes could be best for the disgraced royal, he added: "I think he just needs to carry on playing golf and driving his cars around the estate and whatever."

Mark went on to say that while there's "no way" anyone would go near Andrew for work, he believes he could perhaps do "something very subtle", such as charity work.

"But, he needs to be, that's the problem for himself, he needs to back in the fold," the PR guru added.

"And, all he's doing is trying to knock on a bolted door that will never reopen for him."

Speaking on The Sun's Royal Exclusive podcast, Mark also shared the "problem" he believes Andrew faces after the allegations against him.

Reports claim the King has axed Prince Andrew's security team

He said: "The problem all of these people have is, whatever they do to try and rehabilitate themselves, it's a story.

"And, as soon as it's a story, everybody is looking at whether to see if that's going to fail or succeed."

The PR guru believes that people are also "bored" of the Prince Andrew saga, particularly as the interview was previously dramatised in Netflix's Scoop.

Prince Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

He reached an out-of-court settlement with Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who alleged Andrew had sexually assaulted her, and brought a civil case against him. The settlement was not an admission of guilt and he accepted no liability.

The father-of-two has since lost his HRH status, was stripped of his military titles and patronages, and has stepped away from royal duties.

Recent reports have also claimed that King Charles III wants his brother out of the Royal Lodge and has offered him multiple alternatives.

In an update, sources say that the monarch has given Andrew an "ultimatum" and that he requires to move on from the situation imminently.
