Meghan Markle is said to be "ready to sit down" with the Royal Family for reconciliation talks after four years of barely any contact, as she thinks a good relationship with her in-laws would "help her sell her jam", according to a royal commentator.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been estranged from the Firm since they stepped down as working royals in 2020 and moved to the US.

Ever since then, they've made a series of sensational claims against the royals and the rift between the camps is thought to be so deep that Meghan reportedly "never wanted to set foot in Britain ever again".

But now a royal commentator claimed that the Duchess is ready to reunite with her estranged in-laws, despite being "genuinely hurt".

The success of Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard will depend on one condition, a PR expert has claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex soft launched her new business venture all the way back in March by launching an Instagram page and website. However, no update has been given as to when the official launch will take place.

Over the course of the past few months, Meghan has teased us with the debut of three products expected to be sold under her new brand - strawberry jam, raspberry jam and dog biscuits. Meanwhile, rumours have been circulating online over another product set to hit the shelves when the brand officially launches - rose wine. However, its release has not been confirmed yet.

At the very beginning of his reign, King Charles spoke of a “slimmed-down” monarchy more in keeping with modern Britain.

However, with both Princess Kate and the Princess Royal sidelined by health woes, and the King himself undergoing treatment for cancer, the Royal Family is “looking pretty bare at the moment,” according to the Mirror's royal editor Russell Myers.
