The row over visa application rumbles on as he finds himself "caught in the crosshairs" with the Biden administration asking courts to keep documents relating to his case secret.

Harry's visa status in the US, where he has lived with wife since 2020, could be under threat due to a case brought by the Heritage Foundation demanding the details of his application be made public.

In his memoir Spare the Duke of Sussex admitting using drugs such as marijuana and cocaine in the past, leading the conservative think tank to question whether he lied on his visa application or was given special treatment, as these admissions would usually impact a person's right to be allowed into the US.

The Department of Homeland Security has argued that this information should remain confidential and have said it will not be released while President Biden is in office. TalkTV's royal correspondent Rupert Bell said: "Prince Harry has found himself in the crosshairs again. It's a grey area."

King Charles 'doesn't dwell' on feud with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, insider reveals

A royal source has claimed that King Charles is preferring to shift his focus away from the ongoing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle feud.

A spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex said earlier this month that His Majesty was "too busy" with other duties to see his Harry while he was in the UK.

However it has since emerged that the King did invite Harry to stay at a royal residence during his trip but that the Prince chose to stay at a hotel instead.

A royal source told The Daily Beast: "Relations are as bad as they have ever been. Nothing has been resolved. But Charles does not spend a great deal of time dwelling on the matter because he is so busy."

Princess Kate's telling gesture during poignant reunion with Meghan Markle

Princess Kate and Meghan Markle have never enjoyed much of a friendship, with them struggling to put on a united front during a walkabout just after the death of Queen Elizabeth.

Body language expert Judi James analysed Kate's gestures from the event on September 10 2022.

She told The Mirror: "The first sight of the two couples that day was when the car they were all travelling in pulled up outside the gates of Windsor Castle.

" As the car drove up it was clear the two couples had shared the ride. The right-hand doors opened and Harry got out, followed by William. Despite their differences, the brothers kept close together and even stood together to make their greetings.

"Kate got out the other side with Meghan behind her. Kate's first gesture of intent came as she stormed around the car to join the brothers without as much as a backward glance at Meghan. She was clearly going to make no attempt to play at small talk or unity."

Meghan Markle has faced some criticism from Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria.

During her tour of the country with Prince Harry Meghan wore a range of outfits, but not all of them went down well with the Senator.

In a scathing seven-word comment she said: "We don't accept nakedness in our culture."

As reported in Newsweek, she added: "They [Nigerian women] are all beautiful girls but they should be confident to know they are. They don't want to be like...even they are mimicking and trying to emulate film stars from America."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 'miserable' wedding day savaged: 'Worst royal wedding!'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding day on May 19 2018 was the "worst royal wedding" according to photographer Arthur Edwards.

He told The Sun: "It was the worst royal wedding I ever did because Harry was determined to keep the newspapers away from it as much as possible.

"Everything was done on long lenses...the photographers they engaged for the job were five feet away, it was hopeless. And then the carriage shot when they went past me in the carriage they looked the other way."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle propelled into 'A-list bracket' after 'impressive' move

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle trip to Nigeria has elevated their celebrity status, according to a royal commentator.

Richard Fitzwilliams told GB News that the tour propelled the couple into an "A-lister bracket".

He said: "I think they will be very satisfied with it because it was a private visit that had all the trappings of a royal visit.

"So in reality, people conflated the two, and it had enormous press coverage.

"They had huge international coverage. So what this gives them is an opportunity to build the value of their brand internationally by doing this again.

"Now that they have beefed up their communication team, I would expect them to do this again.

"This puts them much more into the A-lister bracket. What they had done before was not that much or that impressive."

Meghan Markle's podcast suffers US backlash – 'Sussexes always see money thrown their way'

Meghan Markle's podcast series has been discussed unfavourably by US celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

The Duchess released one series of her podcast Archetypes before being dropped, before announcing her new partnership with Lemonada Media.

Mr Hilton told royal expert Kinsey Schofield: "They don't even have to try. They will work in Hollywood because Hollywood, like the rest of the world, is full of sheep. They will want to align themselves with the British Royal Family.

"Harry's not a senior working royal anymore, but he's still the son of the King and the brother or the future king.

"Money will always be thrown his way and his wife's way. Even if they continue to be dropped by Spotify, or dropped by Netflix after their new projects fail to garner much viewership."

Prince Harry and Meghan 'causing worry' among Firm as they forge closer bond with 2 royals

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly causing some concern in royal circles over their close bond with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

Royal author Tom Quinn told The Mirror: "For William and Kate an alliance between Harry and Meghan and Beatrice and Eugenie is a huge worry.

"They sense that Beatrice and Eugenie feel that, as virtual outcasts themselves, they have far more in common with Harry and Meghan than with any other part of the family.

"The situation is made worse by the fact that the senior royals' main asset – Kate herself - is effectively out of action while she continues her treatment for cancer.

"Although Harry and Meghan have little sympathy for Prince Andrew, they've kept in regular contact with Beatrice and Eugenie who have always been free of any associations with Meghan's angry, bitter time in the UK."

Queen's 'loving gesture' when Prince George and Princess Charlotte stopped over

Queen Elizabeth II loved being a great-grandmother, with Princess Kate opening up about her relationship with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

In the touching 2016 documentary 'Our Queen at 90' Kate said: "It's very special us having a new little girl to the family. Very lucky that George has got a little sister.

"The Queen, she was really thrilled that it was a little girl and I think as soon as we came back here to Kensington [Palace] she was one of our first visitors here.

"I think she's very fond of Charlotte, always watching what she's up to. George is only two and a half and calls her 'gan-gan.' She always leaves a little gift or something in their room when we go and stay and that just shows, I think, her love for her family."
