Sweet moment David Beckham offers King Charles a jar of his own honey
David Beckham has been known to harvest his own jars of honey - and has now offered a jar to King Charles III during a recent meeting.
The former professional footballer was captured in a sweet moment with the new King - appearing to offer him a jar of his own harvested honey at the British Fashion Council Foundation Impact Day 2023. The 48-year-old - whose honey is called 'DBee'z Sticky Stuff' - held out the jar to the monarch, who appeared delighted with the kind gesture. The King is also known to be a fan of bees, boasting many beehives at Highgrove House.
In keeping with his passion for environmental work, particularly as the former Prince of Wales, the now-King did a lot of work through his support of the environment - often with a focus on the importance of bees.
He has also spent time travelling around the country encouraging children to get involved by taking on various projects, such as creating bee-friendly areas.
The King's interaction with David Beckham comes just a few weeks after the 48-year-old was accused online of "begging for knighthood" as he shared a post following the King's Coronation.
The post appeared to cause a stir among fans, with many describing it as "cringe".

Shortly after the post was made public, fans flocked to the comment section.
One fan wrote: "B*** licking your way to a knight hood, one cringing post at a time."
Another described it was "toe curling stuff".
