Taking to X (formerly Twitter) the celeb nominated herself as a potential support act after a fan account asked the public who should warm up the crowd before Oasis perform their set.

"Me! Get in touch boys," Cheryl wrote. "You couldn't wish for a better Supernova while building up your wonder wall. It will be a proper Glory Day!"

The cheeky post has aready amassed more than 150,000 views and over a thousand likes, with soap fans pouring in their support for Cheryl's ambitious gig.

"I'm rooting for you Chez," wrote one user. Another agreed, commenting: "Wishing you the best of luck with that."

A third added: "Now then, if Heather from EastEnders is the opening act I might be convinced to go," while a fourth even offered the actress a place to stay nearby the venue in Manchester.

Liam and Noel are yet to respond to the offer, but if they do, an Albert Square X Oasis collaboration could be coming our way soon. What dreams are made of, we're sure!
