Real Madrid news: Jurgen Klopp makes Mohamed Salah and Man Utd demands - claim
JURGEN KLOPP has reportedly told Real Madrid he wants Liverpool and Manchester United guarantees before leaving Anfield this summer.
Salah could move to Real Madrid, Barca or PSG says expert
Klopp has been linked to the Real Madrid job following Zinedine Zidane’s shock decision to quit last week.
The Liverpool boss has excelled during his time on Merseyside, steering the Reds to three cup finals in as many years.
Express Sport understands Real Madrid would prefer to appoint Mauricio Pochettino, of Tottenham, as Zidane’s successor.
But shock claims in Spain say Klopp could yet take over.
The report suggests the Liverpool manager wants two transfer guarantees before green lighting a Real move.
He supposedly sees the arrival of Mohamed Salah as essential.
The Egypt international bagged 44 goals for Liverpool with Klopp re-energising a player who struggled at Chelsea two years ago.
Klopp is reportedly convinced Salah would blossom at the Bernabeu.
And Don Balon say the 50-year-old has also told Real he wants Manchester United’s David De Gea.
However, comments made by the player today mean that may be easier said than done.
"Usually I'm always calm, the important thing now is to start the World Cup on June 15th," said De Gea, ahead of Spain’s 1-1 friendly draw with Switzerland on Sunday.
"Is the most important thing. Do well in Russia, have a good role and do things in the best possible way.
"Future? I'm happy where I am, happy. Now, very focused on the national team."
