Harry Maguire has faced mutiny from three players at Man Utd after latest twist
Manchester United star Harry Maguire has been criticised by Marcos Rojo - but the Argentine isn't the only player to turn on the England international.

Earlier in the week, Marcos Rojo opted to speak out against Manchester United skipper Harry Maguire. The Argentina international, who left Old Trafford for Boca Juniors back in the summer transfer window, said he’d asked to play ahead of his old team-mate. And Rojo isn’t the only player who has spoken out about the current Red Devils captain.
Manchester United signed Maguire back in the summer transfer window of 2019 believing he’d be the ticket to Premier League title glory.
Nearly four years on, however, and the England international finds himself on the fringes of the action - with Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane often starting instead.
Earlier in the week, Rojo decided to publicly criticise Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for always sticking by Maguire - regardless of his form.
Speaking to TyC Sports, he said: "In 2019 I was playing in the Europa League, but I was really angry with the Manchester coach [Solskjaer] because he was putting Maguire [in the team] instead of me, who thank god finally they took him out from the starting line-up for Licha [Lisandro] Martinez.
"One day I went to Solskjaer’s office to tell him to let me leave for the other club or put [me] in the starting line-up.

“But he told me that Maguire had to play yes or yes because of the money they paid for him.
"He [Maguire] was making huge mistakes already and I told Solskjaer: 'Son of a b***h let me play because this guy is making huge mistakes every week'."
Rojo isn’t alone in turning on Maguire either publicly or privately, however.
It emerged back in 2021 that Eric Bailly had ‘openly challenged’ Solskjaer over his decision to play Maguire ahead of him.
This news came just days after the England international had toiled in a chastening 5-0 defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford.
And Bailly, speaking earlier in the season, suggested he had issues with United by prioritising English players over foreign stars.
“The club should avoid favouring English players and give everyone a chance,” he said.
“They should encourage competition in the dressing room, not just look out for some. I’ve always had the feeling that the national player was prioritised.
“That doesn’t happen at Chelsea or other big Premier League clubs.
“Some people take it for granted that they are going to start, and that weakens the team. Luckily [Erik] Ten Hag has a lot of character and I hope he can change that dynamic.
