Rooney says he would love to manage Man Utd or Everton
Manchester United's new chief executive Richard Arnold may rip up another policy set by the club's owners the Glazers. Arnold officially moved into his role on February 1, replacing Ed Woodward as United's senior executive. And it appears he is already putting his stamp on the club.

It was reported on Saturday that Arnold is already making moves to improve both facets of the club.
The Mail claimed it is the policy of co-owner Joel Glazer to not spend big in January transfer windows.
However, Arnold is considering scrapping that stance moving forward after seeing the likes of Liverpool strengthen last month with the signing of Luis Diaz.
And after less than two weeks in his new role, Arnold could tear up another of the Glazers' policies.

United announced that would be the case at the beginning of January.
Joel Glazer thanked Woodward for his time at the club and also looked forward to the changes Arnold would make.
Glazer told the official United website: “I would like to thank Ed for his tireless work on behalf of Manchester United during his nine years as Executive Vice-Chairman and 16 years with the club.
“We are now looking forward to Richard and his leadership team opening a new phase in the club’s evolution, with ambitious plans for investment in Old Trafford, the strengthening of our engagement with fans, and continued drive towards our most important objective – winning on the pitch.”
