Barcelona: La Liga president discusses financial woe
Barcelona have put AC Milan star Alessio Romagnoli on a list of four possible defensive transfer targets, reports say. The Italy international has enjoyed a positive season over at the San Siro. And a move to the Nou Camp could be on the cards come the end of the campaign.

The report says that Barcelona have drawn up the shortlist because, at the moment, a deal for Manchester City star Eric Garcia is currently on the rocks.
A move back to Catalonia appeared a formality for the Spain international mere weeks ago.
Yet Barcelona now want to re-negotiate terms with the City defender, who has fallen out favour under Pep Guardiola in recent times.
A new defender isn’t the only transfer Barcelona are looking to wrap up this summer.
They’re keen to land Lyon star Memphis Depay, with the Netherlands international enjoying a fine season in Ligue 1 by notching 16 goals and registering nine assists from 32 matches.

Liverpool’s Georginio Wijnaldum is also under consideration at a time where the Dutchman is widely expected to leave Anfield behind.
And Barcelona also retain strong interest in Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland, despite the Norwegian’s huge price tag.
Signing him won’t be easy, however, with Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke insisting his star striker will still be at the Westfalenstadion come the end of the summer.
“The only way is to look at where Haaland will play after September 1,” he said.
“I think I know where Haaland will play, but that's all I have to say.

“When COVID-19 arrived, we had no debt. Not a euro.
“Therefore, we are in a comfortable situation. We do not have to sell a player. That's important. ”He then sent a clear message to all those who believe Haaland will be out for sure this summer.
“The rich clubs of the world must know that when they want a Borussia Dortmund player there are two possibilities.
“The first is that I tell them they have no chance. Other times, I tell them that this is the price.
“So they must know that this is the price, not another price. We are very clear and very honest.”
