Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Star wells up on Sweden return
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was unhappy when Manchester United staff denied his two children the chance to enter an area reserved for playing staff, according to reports. The Sweden international moved to Old Trafford from Paris Saint-Germain back in the summer transfer window of 2016. And he was a big hit at the club, too, scoring 29 goals before departing for LA Galaxy.

All in all, Ibrahimovic has admitted he enjoyed his time at United.
But The Athletic have now detailed the veteran’s anger at Red Devils staff members for the way they treated his two young children, Maximilian and Vincent.
It’s claimed that, one day, they came to see their dad at training and went running through a set of doors.
The area beyond those doors was for players only, though, and United staff sent them back outside to wait.
Ibrahimovic was unhappy at the ‘rigidity’ of this and it’s claimed that’s why he then sent the pair to join Manchester City’s academy instead.
Furthermore, the AC Milan striker also ‘found the club’s environment’ wanting having previously strutted his stuff for Juventus, both Milan clubs, Ajax and Barcelona.
Yet it didn’t seem to hamper his performances on the pitch, with Ibrahimovic certainly one of the best signings of the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.
Meanwhile, speaking recently, the Swede insisted this current United side are better than the one he played in.
“I think it’s better, it looks better,” he said after AC Milan had lost to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side in the Europa League.
