Man Utd: Solskjaer responds to questions on Haaland
Manchester United lock horns with Real Sociedad on Thursday night expecting to seal their passage into the Europa League round of 16. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side should rotate things for the showdown at Old Trafford. So Express Sport will now list four players with a pint to prove.
United have seen Dean Henderson impress when called upon this season.
After returning from a positive loan spell against Sheffield United, the Red Devils star has emerged as genuine competition for David De Gea.
De Gea’s position at the club is looking increasingly precarious, especially with speculation rife he could be sold when the transfer window reopens at the end of the campaign.
So Henderson can stake his claim to be No 1 against Sociedad tonight.
He kept a clean sheet against the La Liga side last time out and more of the same will up the pressure on De Gea behind the scenes.

Daniel James
In recent weeks, United have started to see the best of Daniel James again.
The Wales international has, for the most part, been on the fringes of the first team throughout the course of the season so far.
But James has scored on his last two appearances and, consequently, the Red Devils will be hoping he can kick on.
If he shines again, then fans will be hopeful he’s back to his best.
But, if he goes missing in a match that should be straightforward, then more hard work on the training ground will be required.

What Solskjaer thinks about the tie
Solskjaer told United’s official website he expects Sociedad to be a ‘test’, despite his side being 4-0 up from the first leg.
“First of all, it’s a test because we know we’re playing a good team,” he said.
“We know we played really well, away in Italy, so we treat this one as a game we want to win.
“Of course, there will be a couple of changes because of the relentless fixture schedule.
“I don’t think anyone will be surprised by that, but we have to play a good game and keep building momentum, and every game is a chance to stake a claim to be in the team for next week.”
