Liverpool: Klopp hails Salah after win at West Ham
Liverpool must pay a fee of £25million if they’re to sign Ozan Kabak on a permanent basis, according to reports. The centre-back is set to move to Anfield on loan on transfer deadline day. And he won’t be their only arrival, with Preston star Ben Davies eyed as well.

But with Liverpool now focusing their efforts elsewhere, he’s been left devastated.
Meanwhile, following the 3-1 win at West Ham on Sunday, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp remained coy over potential incomings.
“Nothing to say about it," Klopp told Sky Sports.
“I say it all the time, in our situation it makes sense [to sign a centre-back].
“[But] Nat Phillips played a decent game, James Milner shouted at Hendo [Jordan Henderson] ‘you better be careful, because if you keep playing like this, you’ll be centre-back for the rest of your career’.

“Our eyes are always open, and we try to fix our situation. If we can do it, I don’t know. If not, we play like tonight.
“If it’s not a problem, it’s only a problem if something else happens – then we become a little bit short, that’s true.”
Klopp also hailed Mohamed Salah, who has now scored 20 goals for the fourth season in a row.
“And actually he scored a goal against Tottenham; it didn’t count, I know that, but it was a brilliant goal. He had nothing to do with it because it didn’t count, it was handball in the build-up, but the goal was brilliant – and even that, for sure, was a good sign for him that a couple of things are clicking again,” he said.
“Tonight he played a super game.

“He was really in the game, he was really involved, he was flexible and all these kind of things.
“He kept the ball, passing was good, in the end with the controlling of the game he was really good.
“The first goal is just a super smart goal. I didn’t see it back, but from my perspective I think Fabianski couldn’t see the ball really because the box was full and he chipped it into the far corner.
“The second goal, what a counter-attack – two passes until Mo got the ball.
“The last pass was obviously spectacular from Shaq, the first touch from Mo outstanding, outstanding, world-class and then nice finish. Top game, top goals.”
