Premier League fixtures announced as Liverpool aim to retain title
The 2020/21 Premier League season will begin on Saturday, September 12. All 20 clubs have now discovered who they will be facing in the opening round of fixtures.
When will the Premier League TV fixtures be announced?
Rights to Premier League games are shared between Sky Sports, BT Sport and Amazon Prime.
A statement read: “The Premier League has agreed with its UK broadcast partners to increase the number of matches shown live from 200 to 220 for the 2020/21 season only.
“Of the additional live fixtures, 12 will be shown on Sky Sports, six on BT Sport and two on Amazon Prime Video.
“The UK broadcast selections for the early match rounds will be confirmed next week.

“There will be two additional midweek programmes: one will be played across the weeks commencing 11 and 18 January, and the second will take place on Wednesday 12 May. All these matches will be broadcast live.
“The 2020/21 season will begin behind closed doors.
“The Premier League is committed to getting fans back into full stadiums as soon as possible, with safety always being the priority.”
While Sky and BT are yet to reveal their TV games, Amazon have confirmed they will show 20 fixtures in December.
The streaming service will show the 10 midweek games from December 15-17 and another round of games from December 28-30.
BT says their “TV picks for the opening rounds of the competition will be confirmed next week”.

A spokesperson for The Pools said: "Manchester City may have finished 18 points behind Liverpool in the interrupted 2019/20 league season, but they are still favourites to finish 2020/21 as Premier League champions.

"Aston Villa are third favourites to go down after last season's near miss. They are13/8followed by Crystal Palace at2/1and Newcastle United at 21/10."
