And the England international will join Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.
Manchester United are primed to give Sancho an eyewatering contract, making him one of their highest earner on wages in the the region of £350,000-a-week.
An announcement should be made at some point this week, with fans eager for the Red Devils to land the 20-year-old.
They’re going to be giving him the No 7 shirt made famous by the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Eric Cantona and George Best.
For Solskaer, he now has a conundrum.

The most obvious way of doing it would be a 4-2-4 formation.
That would leave United short in the middle, relying on Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba to break up play and create chances. They’re good at the latter, not so much at the former.
Sancho could pitch up on the right wing, with Rashford on the left.
And that would then allow Martial and Greenwood to operate in the centre-forward positions.
Expect to see this trialled when United are losing matches.
