Manchester City have second place tied up, leaving Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester to compete for third and fourth.
United sit third heading into the weekend's clash against the Foxes in the fifth.
A point will be enough for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side to seal a top-four finish.
However, if United lose and Chelsea lose, the Red Devils will also finish in the top four due to their superior goal difference.

Norwich have already been relegated and will be joined by two of either Bournemouth, Watford or Aston Villa.
Villa take on West Ham on the final day knowing they will be safe if they can match or better Watford's result against Arsenal.
Watford can survive by bettering Villa's result by two or more goals.
If Villa draw, the Hornets can keep themselves up with a victory, but if Villa lose then a draw will be enough.
For Bournemouth to survive, they must beat Everton and hope both Watford and Villa lose.
