Manchester United star Paul Pogba has been warned by Juventus director Fabio Paratici that he may struggle to find a new club in the summer transfer window because fewer teams will be able to meet his salary demands when football resumes.
Pogba's future at United has been uncertain since he hinted at wanting a "new challenge" last summer.
And his situation at the club hasn't been helped after the recurrence of an ankle injury limited him to just eight appearances this campaign.
Juventus and Real Marid have both been heavily linked with making a move for the 27-year-old, however, Juve chief Paratici has now cast doubt about a summer move for the Frenchman.
The Italian believes that the coronavirus pandemic will change the transfer market and that as a result clubs will have less money to spend on transfers and wages this summer.

"He's a fantastic player, we know him as a champion," the Juve chief told Sky Italia when addressing speculation over a move for Pogba.
"But something will change after this crisis, because now also top players like Paul will have fewer clubs that can guarantee them such a high salary."
Pogba left United to sign for Juventus in 2012 and then returned to Old Trafford four years later in a deal worth £89million.

However, Paratici warned Pogba that he could not expect to demand the same sort of wages as a player like Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined Juve from Real Madrid for £99.2m (€100m) in 2018, in the current market.
“Cristiano is a different player to all the others,” Paratici added.
“He brings incredible and exponential growth in revenue, representing a brand that is almost as big as a club.”
Paratici expects clubs across the world to be more shrewd this summer as they look to mitigate the financial impact following the suspension of football.
