Alexis Sanchez trains alongside his dogs in isolation
Manchester United are expecting to see Alexis Sanchez return to Old Trafford this summer as Inter Milan have no intention of making his loan move permanent. That is the view of transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Sanchez has struggled to make an impact at Inter, although this wasn't helped by the forward suffering an ankle injury that sidelined for him for around three months.
He has only scored one goal and provided three assists in 15 appearances for the Nerazzurri this campaign.
And Di Marzio is confident that Inter will not be looking to sign the 31-year-old or bring him back to the San Siro this summer.
Speaking during a question and answer session with fans, Sky Sport Italia reporter Di Marzio said: "The only certain thing is that Inter Milan does not want Alexis Sanchez to stay again, so they will not buy him permanently."

"Alexis will come back in the summer and prove you all wrong," the Norwegian said at the time.
But Di Marzio isn't sure if Solskjaer wants him back or whether he will allow him to speak to other clubs once he returns from Inter.
One big issue for United is Sanchez's reported £400,000-a-week salary, which was given to him when he joined the Red Devils from Arsenal in January 2018.
His performances on the field might also make it difficult to attract the calibre of clubs who would be able to afford such extravagant wages.

Sanchez's current contract runs until 2022, so United might face a similar situation nest season of sending him out on loan while still paying part or the majority of his wages.
However, Di Marzio thinks there is still interest in Sanchez from Serie A.
"Roma wanted to sign Sanchez last summer," he added. "So they may go back in for him."
