Liverpool have reportedly added Todd Cantwell and Kalvin Phillips to their summer transfer list. Jurgen Klopp is looking to bolster his options in reserve ahead of next season and the two young talents are said to be on his list of targets alongside Timo Werner.
Werner is the club's priority and they will be focusing their efforts in signing the RB Leipzig striker at the end of the season.
The forward has a release clause in the region if £50million which is due to expire on June 15.
He has talked up a move to Anfield at every opportunity possible, which has given Liverpool hope that they can pull off a deal.
Away from Werner, Liverpool's plans are beginning to take shape and according to Bleacher Report, Cantwell and Phillips have been identified as potential options.

Should Norwich be relegated from the Premier League, there is a good chance Cantwell could be available at a cut-price.
Arsenal and Tottenham are also keeping an eye on him.
As for Phillips, the Leeds United man has shown leadership and maturity beyond his year at Elland Road.
Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy claimed back in January that he has the credentials to play for a big club.

“He’s a terrific player, I first saw him 18 months ago when he first stood out in a game and I thought ‘keep an eye on him’," Murphy said on talkSPORT.
"I always look at midfielders, it’s a natural thing.
“In that holding role, you have to be really cute and clever, Carrick was one of the best at it.
"If Leeds were to mess up and not go up, I think he’ll be a Premier League player next season. Someone will take him for sure.”
