Liverpool can win Premier League at Everton claims Ian Wright
Ian Wright believes it is inevitable that Liverpool win the Premier League title at the home of Merseyside rivals Everton. Liverpool are currently 22 points clear at the top of the Premier League and their first top-flight title since 1990 seems inevitable. The Reds needs just 18 points from their remaining 13 matches to seal what could be a record-breaking triumph.
Liverpool can pick up those 18 points by winning their next six matches, concluding in a home clash against Crystal Palace on March 21.
However, if Manchester City drop more points in their next few games then the day all Reds supporters have been waiting for could come on March 16 when they visit local rivals Everton.
And Wright believes it is inevitable that will be the outcome after the way the season has gone so far for Liverpool.
“I just think it’s their dominance and the way that they’ve approached this season,” Wright told Premier League Productions.

“They haven’t been playing unbelievable football but they’ve got it done and they’ve got it done because the quality players have come to the fore at seminal moments in games, and they’ve done it.
“If they can do it at Everton, the way that everything’s falling into line for Liverpool, could almost see that happening.
“Them going to Everton and winning the title there.”

“The boys have now a week off, we all have a week off, and then we go again.
“That’s the only thing I know and all the rest we have to see. So many things can happen in football.
“Even when there’s any decision made in the future, whenever that will be, why should we then stop thinking the same way?
