Man United ‘not in market for recognised name’ says pundit
Manchester United have been warned that they will be unable to sign a new big-name midfielder, because no ‘recognised’ names would be willing to join the Red Devils. United have been linked with two midfielders - Boubakary Soumare and Bruno Fernandes.

And Liverpool icon Steve Nicol has warned that the Red Devils will be unable to sign any big-name players, because they are unlikely to qualify for the Champions League.
Speaking on ESPN FC, the pundit explained why he believes United will need to look for young prospects rather than established names.
“Right now, Manchester United are not in the market for a recognised name,” he said.
“Right now, a recognised name would not go to Manchester United.
