Premier League final table predicted by stats experts: Liverpool boost, Man Utd struggle
The Premier League returns this weekend following the international break and Liverpool have received an early boost with a look at the predicted table.
The predicted final table does not read well for Manchester United fans, with the Red Devils having struggled at the start of this season.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have won just two of their opening eight matches and stats suggest it won’t get much better.
The predicted final Premier League table has United in the top half but they are behind the likes of Aston Villa, Burnley and Crystal Palace.
Indeed, Villa’s strong early form has them lying fifth in the final standings, ahead of both Tottenham and Arsenal.
Leicester have been hotly-tipped to break into the Premier League top six and these predictions have the Foxes finishing in third.
