Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp blames Everton draw on ‘the weather’
The Reds’ form has been erratic in recent weeks with the domestic title race hotting up.
Klopp’s men could only manage a 0-0 draw with Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday.
Prior to the Merseyside derby they battered Watford 5-0 in their midweek fixture but recorded a stalemate against Manchester United on February 24.
With a second-leg clash against Bayern on the horizon - and the aggregate score finally balanced at 0-0 - Cascarino says Klopp needs to rethink his tactics.
Liverpool defender Andrew Robertson says the pressure is on Man City
“Liverpool are at their best when the opposition come at them, as that gives them space they can exploit,” he told The Times.
“If opponents sit off them, then they do struggle.
“Bayern Munich did it, Manchester United did it and now Everton have done it to good effect.
“These teams aren't just parking the bus - they are prepared to counterattack - but they work hard and are well drilled.

“Liverpool will have to work out how to break that down.
“For instance, Fabinho could have tried a diving header late on instead of taking a touch when in on goal.
“As for Everton, had they worked that hard and been as structured all season, they would not have struggled as badly.”
City managed a 1-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday to go top of the Premier League.
