Solskjaer has changed 'whole mentality of United' says Neville
Manchester United chief Woodward appointed Solskjaer as the club’s interim boss in December, having grown tired of Jose Mourinho’s mood swings.
And the 45-year-old is now expected to stay for the long haul, having won 11 of his first 13 games since taking charge.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already confirmed he and Woodward have been discussing Manchester United transfer targets going forward, despite the 45-year-old's future being uncertain.
The Evening Standard say Napoli bulldozer Kalidou Koulibaly is the Red Devils’ standout transfer target for when the window reopens at the end of the season.
And they claim that Woodward was even prepared to fork out for the Senegal international in January.
However, the United bigwig chose to save his money for a summer spending spree after Napoli turned down two offers.
And Koulibaly could yet make the move to Old Trafford despite a transfer in January failing to materialise.
The defender’s agent, meanwhile, has been discussing his client’s future.

And Bruno Satin has appeared to rule out a move to Juventus, who have also been linked with the Napoli star.
"Koulibaly at Juventus? He’s very close to Napoli, the club and above all to the city," Satin told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I don’t think he would ever betray them to go to Juventus, but let’s not forget that they are professional players.
"If you have the chance to play on important stages, you listen, even if I repeat he is very close to Napoli.”
