Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is close to agreeing a deal with Karpaty Lviv for Ukrainian winger Maryan Shved - but the 21-year-old is likely to return to his former club until the end of the season.
Michael Lustig is set to leave the champions at the end of the current campaign and Rodgers is keen to add a defender to replace the outgoing man, with Borussia Dortmund’s Jeremy Toljan linked with a move to Celtic Park.
A possible outgoing for the Hoops is Lewis Morgan - who is likely to join Sunderland on loan.
Aberdeen are keen to keep hold of their star players as they look to stay in contention in the Premiership title race, and have reportedly turned down a bid from Stoke for Scott McKenna.

Hearts boss Craig Levein revealed that he is sure that no deals will be done today - because he is going to a gig in Glasgow.
"No, I'm going to watch Snow Patrol tonight, my phone will be off. Brilliant, eh?" Levein said.
"I don't see (anyone going out). It will be hard to get hold of me."
Steve Clarke’s Kilmarnock have added Alex Bruce to their squad already this week, and are looking at the possibility of another deal.
Clarke said on Thursday: "Working on one. Not a big name but I think a big talent and one for the future. There might be one or two on the way out on loan."

St Mirren are another side looking to get deals done in the remaining hours of the window, with boss Oran Kearney feeling positive.
Kearney said: "We're always hunting. I still would be hopeful of doing a little bit of business.
"And again, there's a lot of players today who will probably relieve themselves of contracts and things tick on for the next 10 days to two weeks.
"We would like at least one, possibly two would be good business for us."
