Chelsea star Marcos Alonso says his team-mates aren’t working together as a team (Image: GETTY)
Chelsea have taken just four points from their last four Premier League games, the latest of which was a 2-1 defeat to Wolves on Wednesday night.
Still stinging from the 3-1 defeat to London rivals Tottenham, Chelsea chucked away a lead when Wolves blasted them away with two goals in four minutes.
The Spanish defender can’t pinpoint brought the downturn in form but he’s sure of one thing - the team aren’t working well enough together.
“We have to play more as a team. It’s something we have to analyse and we will try our best to improve as soon as possible,” he said.

A Stamford Bridge surrender to City on Saturday would surely spell the end of any chances of overhauling Pep Guardiola’s unbeaten side.
Now Alonso says it’s time to concentrate on nothing other than doing a job on City.
Alonso said: “If we lose we are going to be 13 points from the top and that’s a lot, but we have to think, prepare for the game well and not pay attention to the table at the moment.
“It’s the perfect opportunity to come back. It will be a great game for sure, and everyone will be very motivated to play in it.
“We are very disappointed after the defeat to Wolves but it’s back to work straight away and we will work harder to start playing better as a team.”
