Jurgen Klopp has already replaced Philippe Coutinho with Xherdan Shaqiri, Michael Owen claims.
“Since he’s been at Liverpool he’s created a couple of assists, he had a great pre-season,” Owen said of Shaqiri.
“But he’s that way inclined isn’t he, you wouldn’t necessarily trust him to put in a great defensive performance.
“But give him the ball and he can create chances. He sees it, he’s a good finisher.”

West Ham exit?
West Ham will be offered the chance to offload former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez in the January transfer window.
The Mexican international has struggled to find his best form for The Hammers since arriving from German outfit Bayer Leverkusen last summer.
After a fruitful spell in Germany, where Chicharito seemingly rediscovered the form which made him a regular starter at Manchester United, he has fallen flat once more at West Ham.
It is once again because the 30-year-old is not viewed as technically good enough to lead a modern Premier League line.

Bale to Arsenal claim
Arsenal must go in for the best players in the world - the likes of Gareth Bale - if they are to challenge for the Premier League title, John Hartson claims.
Hartson exclusively told Express Sport: “No disrespect to Arsenal, if say for arguments sake, a Gareth Bale becomes available [they won’t go in]. I know he’s ex-Spurs and it may not happen.
“But if a top player like that became available and he’s £95m with £40m wages over the next four years, will they go in for him? They might not.
“But someone like City would and they have. It’s going to take investment, time with Emery and backing from the football club for Arsenal to come close to challenging again.”

Paul Pogba plan
Juventus are ready to give Man Utd the choice of one of three players as they step up their attempts to re-sign Paul Pogba.
Juve bosses are drawing up plans to end Pogba’s Old Trafford misery when the transfer window opens in the New Year even though it is unlikely to succeed.
But they are confident of getting their man in June in the face of competition from Spanish giants Barcelona who are also interested.
Ironically Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici who was a target for United himself has been drawing up plans to get a deal over the line.

He is ready to give United the choice of either centre half Medhi Benatia, left wing back Alex Sandro or striker Mario Mandzukic.
Jose Mourinho was interested in all three players last summer and Paratici will tell them they can have any of them plus a substantial cash adjustment.
Pogba left United for Juventus when he was 19 years old and spent four seasons with the Serie A team before returning to Manchester in 2016.
