“But Real Madrid does not sell him because they want him to replace Bale if he is injured.”

It is claimed Klopp asked the Reds hierarchy to seal a loan deal for the 18-year-old.
They then enquired about a transfer but Real insisted he was not available for sale at any price.
Vinicius also made it clear that he was reluctant to leave the Bernabeu behind.

Liverpool’s loss looks set to be Real’s long-term gain with the club hopeful he can kick on.
Vinicius made his Los Blancos debut against Atletico Madrid in La Liga at the weekend.
And, speaking after the game, he expressed his delight at making his first competitive appearance.
He said: "I'm really pleased to have made my first appearance in a Real Madrid shirt.
