The boxer said he thought the broadcaster would "spread the minorities around", after admitting he was devastated to leave the competition.
The 26-year-old failed to impress with his paso doble to Eye Of The Tiger at the weekend, before losing out in a dance off against chef Ainsley Harriott.
Speaking afterwards, Anthony said: "I didn't think that the BBC would put us together because we're black or mixed race."
The middleweight, who was 24-year-old Oti's first celebrity partner, continued: "I honestly thought they would spread the minorities around."

Anthony's interview with The Sun also saw him claim that because he wasn't a "BBC face", he knew he wasn't going to get that far.
"I’m entering the show with the smallest fan base, I’m quite young, I'm not Jeremy Vine," the star added.
The Lowestoft-born athlete revealed he'd now like to take on the Strictly judges in the boxing ring after their "harsh" comments.
"I think get Len [Goodman], Craig [Revel Horwood] and Bruno [Tonioli] in the ring, I'll take them all on together."

Darcey Bussell meanwhile had told him he was too good to go in week three.
Anthony also spoke out about being pitted against celebrities with a dance background, saying viewers could have seen more of a "journey" if he had stayed in the competition.
He said: "I think when you're up against Jay McGuinness, who's done ballet, and Helen George who's done ballet, and Peter Andre who's been a pop star - it's very, very hard to compete with those guys."
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.30pm on BBC One.
