One part of Trump's body sparks concern live on TV as he 'loses it'

Donald Trump completely "lost it" while addressing the press this week. The President of the United States was angered after he was challenged by a journalist resulting in a huge outburst - but viewers were more concerned about his appearance than his words.

The incident was swiftly picked up on X, formerly known as Twitter, where numerous users noted the same thing. Trump reacted rather forcefully when quizzed about the ballroom at the White House, coming amid mounting speculation over the spiralling costs of the development. Call to Activism shared a post on X, which read: "OMG!!! Trump just EXPLODED at a female reporter for asking him about his sudden request [to] Congress for DOUBLE the amount for his ballroom.

"'I doubled the size of it, you DUMB PERSON. You're not a smart person.' Holy hell."

The President found himself under intense scrutiny after being filmed calling the reporter "dumb" while defending the escalating costs of his new ballroom project. On Tuesday (May 12), Trump asserted that his planned ballroom had "doubled" in size, while insisting it remained within budget.

Nevertheless, when a reporter pointed out that the costs appeared to have doubled, he was far from pleased. "We have a ballroom that's under budget," he told reporters near the South Lawn. "It's going up right here. I've doubled the size of it because we obviously need that, and we're right now on budget, under budget, and ahead of schedule."

As some viewers were outraged over his rude outburst, others couldn't help but notice his unusual complexion. They noticed that his tie seemed to match the colour of his face almost perfectly.

One person simply replied to the post, writing: "But why is his face the same colour as his tie?" Others were equally swift to make the very same observation.

Elsewhere on social media, someone commented on the tie, adding: "Look, it matches his complexion." A third replied: "It's the spray tan lips for me."

Meanwhile, someone else noted: "Why is Trump so orange? He looks ridiculous, and so nasty. Totally unpresidential."

Despite the widespread criticism of his behaviour, some rallied to his defence for being straightforward about the ballroom. One suggested: "He doubled the size because we NEED it.

"The press acts shocked when a President actually gets things done under budget and ahead of schedule."

A different person took quite another view, with some believing he had "lost it". Another wrote: "He went from costing us nothing to doubling it. He yelled it too. Like a baby."

Someone else wrote: "So rude. Such ignorance is not becoming of a President. America must be embarrassed by this."
