Emmerdale viewers believe they've figured out the 'true' identity of the enigmatic Jade, played by Twinnie-Lee Moore.

The character has already caused quite a stir, particularly with Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle), whose secret life as an underground boxer was recently exposed.

Despite his attempts to quit the dangerous sport after a brutal fight left him injured, Jade, an unlicensed boxing promoter, made a dramatic entrance to the Dales in Friday's episode (October 11).

She showed up and demanded he return to the ring. When confronted by Billy's wife Dawn (Olivia Bromley), Jade pretended to be a potential personal training client.

However, she later ominously warned Billy that she would get what she wanted from him.

Fans are now speculating that Jade may not be who she claims to be, suggesting she could be the secret daughter of Caleb (William Ash) and Ruby (Beth Cordingly), whose existence was revealed last month.

Emmerdale enthusiasts are speculating a shocker as they suspect the character Jade is actually Stephaniea revelation that would turn the plot on its head. Chatter on an Emmerdale Facebook fan group includes one viewer's suspicion: "Anyone think she might turn out to be Caleb and Ruby's daughter Stephanie?

"She's probably going to become a big character being an established actress already from Hollyoaks." Another eagle-eyed fan chipped in: "Imagine! I wouldn't put it past the writers tbh," while a third concurred: "Wouldn't surprise me if she's related to Caleb and Ruby," reports Leeds Live.

She added with excitement, "I've loved being back on screen, especially as the show is shot in Yorkshire, being able to be home with family and go to work on such an iconic show has been nothing short of amazing.

"The whole team has been so welcoming and really supportive. My character is so much fun to play and I can't wait to see how the audience reacts to her."
