Duchess of York is all smiles as she cosies up to daughter Eugenie at charity event
IT MIGHT not be Mother's Day until Sunday, but Princess Eugenie looked over the moon to be spending some quality time with her mother last night, as she accompanied her to a charity event.
The young royal, who has been living in New York for the past few months as she attempts to make her mark on the art world, happily posed alongside the Duchess of York as they posed up outside the glamorous Bowery Hotel.
Grinning from ear-to-ear, the mother daughter duo looked delighted to be reunited, dressing up for their evening out.
24-year-old Eugenie looked stylish in a simple grey jersey dress, which she accessorised with a long silver necklace and a pair of black tights.
While Sarah wore a black button up coat with a matching dress underneath.
The pair both opted for black heels and kept their shiny locks loose.
Posing with a group of friends at the Gavel & Grand benefit Auction, which was held to help raise funds for numerous charitable organisations, the pair appeared in great spirits.
And while it is not known how long the Duchess will remain in New York, it is possible that she plans to spend the weekend in the city, giving the pair time to celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday.
All proceeds from The Bucket List Auction, which brings together extraordinary experiences to benefit a selection of the world's leading philanthropic organisations will benefit amfAR, Children in Crisis, Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, The Hamptons International Film Festival, Tuesday's Children and Virgin Unite
