Prince William to team up with popular royal in rare joint engagement
The Prince of Wales will have a very special royal joining him for an upcoming appearance.

Prince William is set to join forces with a very popular member of the Royal Family on Friday as his latest engagement has been announced. The Prince of Wales will be in Wadebridge, Cornwall, to attend The Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association in his role as Patron.
In a move that will delight royal fans, the Duchess of Edinburgh will join her nephew at the show later this week in her role as Patron of the Association of Agricultural Show Organisations (ASAO) and Vice President of the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association. The joint outing will celebrate the very best in Cornish heritage and tradition through agriculture, food, entertainment, and competition.
This will not be the first time the Prince and the Duchess have teamed up; they previously appeared together at Battersea Power Station in 2023.

The show was established in 1793 by the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, which aims to promote and support the further improvement of agriculture, associated industries, and the people within it. Over 200 years later, the show is one of the biggest agricultural events in the country and attracts around 120,000 visitors every year.
One of the highlights from the visit will be a tour of the Royal Cornwall Food and Farming Pavilion, which showcases some of the best artisan food and drink producers from across Cornwall. These include Cornish cheeses, jams, and preserves, as well as gins and other spirits.
Another big moment will see Prince William, who is known as the Duke of Cornwall when in the region, visit the Duchy of Cornwall hub to see how the Royal Cornwall Show is highlighting rural mental health.
