Prince William reportedly made a demand of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie which they are said to have ignored. A royal biographer has claimed the sisters failed to do what the Prince of Wales asked and "that doesn't look good".

Andrew Lownie has urged Beatrice and Eugenie to step away from public life as they continue to benefit from Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson's contacts. The royal expert, who wrote the biography Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, has advised them to "give up their titles" in order to "concentrate on their careers and families".

As reported by the Daily Mail, Lownie said on the publication's podcast Palace Confidential: "The obvious thing for them to do would be to give up their titles and retire from public life. Concentrate on their careers and families. We had a moment where Prince William wanted them to carry out an audit of their business activities, to satisfy him that there were no embarrassing stories there."

King Charles was seemingly caught in an awkward moment yesterday as Rod Stewart praised him for dealing with "rat bag" US President Donald Trump during his recent trip to the US. The King and Queen Camilla stepped out tonight to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the King’s Trust at the Royal Albert Hall.

Upon meeting the King, the singer mentioned the King's recent trip to the United States, during which Charles and his wife, Queen Camilla, marked the 250th anniversary of American independence. Speaking to the monarch, Rod said: "May I say, well done in the Americas. You were superb, absolutely superb, put that little ratbag in his place".

A British Airways member of staff who assisted with checking in Queen Camilla on her return flight from the US state visit was left completely taken aback by her appearance.

Earlier this month, King Charles and Queen Camilla travelled to the country to meet President Donald Trump, ahead of its 250th anniversary celebrations. The visit carried considerable significance given the underlying tensions within the so-called 'special relationship' between the UK and USA.

Reflecting on the team effort, the horticultural presenter praised the King for being an unusually hands-on, energetic champion of horticulture who has recognised that gardening brings solace as well as tangible benefits for the planet and wildlife.

“The King has done more for horticulture, gardening, natural history and the environment than anybody else, apart from David Attenborough,” Mr Titchmarsh told the publication. “His energy is mind-blowing. He’s enthusiastic, but also pragmatic. The King gets stuck in – he doesn’t just say something should be done, he instigates it.”

Sarah Ferguson will find it "very hard" to stay away from her new grandchild, it has been claimed.

The former Duchess of York, 66, is understood to "keep more of a distance" from Princess Eugenie's third baby than she has with her other grandchildren, and Princess Beatrice's two offspring. This follows the intense scrutiny surrounding Ms Ferguson and her former husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's ties to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Meghan Markle has taken to Instagram today to share some sweet family photographs from a recent family trip to Disney. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, appears to be beaming as she enjoys time at the theme park with her husband Prince Harry, their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, and even Meghan’s mum Doria.

Meghan shared a number of sweet photographs from the trip including one of her hugging and kissing her mum on the cheek. Another showed her and Prince Harry walking hand-in-hand with their children.

Photographs also showed Lilibet hugging Disney princesses, and the young siblings enjoying a boat ride.

Princess Catherine will travel overseas this week with a solo visit to Reggio Emilia in Northern Italy. The visit will be the 44-year-old's first overseas trip since 2023, and her first since her cancer diagnosis in early 2024.

Travelling on behalf of The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, Catherine will be studying the "Reggio Emilia Approach," an educational philosophy focusing on community-based, early-years education that emphasizes nature, creativity, and the role of the child. The trip follows her previous work on early childhood development and aligns with her efforts to promote outdoor learning and human connection over excessive screen time for children.
