Duchess Sophie's brutal snub to Prince Harry when explaining royal line of succession
When visiting a performing arts college in Kent, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh appeared to make a brutal snub when explaining how the royal line of succession works.
Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, once gave Prince Harry a brutal snub in an awkward moment showing students how the royal line of succession works.
During a visit to Brockhill Performing Arts College in Kent, the Duchess launched the first ever LEAF Gold Demonstration School, which has been awarded for the school’s commitment to using food production, farming, and the environment as part of its broad and balanced curriculum.
Duchess Sophie also met students who benefitted from the school’s various educational programmes – which included animal management and gardening.
But while explaining how the line of succession works on a whiteboard in a classroom, Sophie drew a family tree where she failed to add Prince Harry, the King's youngest son, in an apparent snub.

Taking a black marker, Sophie first drew Queen Elizabeth II, then little faces to represent the King, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward.
She then added another face under King Charles III, which represented his eldest son and now heir to the throne, Prince William but failed to draw Prince Harry.
However, none of the other royal children were drawn, such as Princess Beatrice or Princess Eugenie. Neither were her own children depicted, Lady Louise Windsor, who is studying at St Andrew's University, or James, the Earl of Wessex.
The Duchess of Edinburgh conducted her royal duties as she was there to present the award from LEAF Education - a charity dedicated to engaging, inspiring and motivating young people through work-based learning.
The charity aims to give future generations an informed and balanced insight into the environment, food production and farming.

Duchess Sophie and her husband Prince Edward have recently stepped up duties following King Charles's cancer diagnosis earlier this year, which has prevented him from conducting public-facing engagements.
On Monday, the royal duo attended a landmark Changing of the Guard on the forecourt of Buckingham Palace. The ceremonial occasion featured 32 members of France's Gendarmerie's Garde Republicaine and 40 Guardsmen from F Company Scots Guards.
The event marked the 120th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale - the historic diplomatic agreement between Britain and France which laid the groundwork for their collaboration in both world wars.
Sophie looked regal in a light blue Roland Mouret maxi dress, but fans noted the Duchess's attire wasn't up to scratch as per usual, and were not too keen on her fashion choices.
