Meghan Markle's influence on Prince Harry seen in detail in last outing
Prince Harry was spotted as he went for a walk near his home in California looking more toned than usual.
Meghan Markle’s influence on Prince Harry has become more noticeable, with a fitness expert claiming he may have taken up yoga and pilates. The Duke of Sussex was spotted as he went for a walk near his home in California wearing shorts, a puffer jacket and a beanie.
His body appeared to be more toned than when he played rugby and polo. Personal trainer Lewis Paris said it is likely that regular gym visits are keeping Harry lean. Paris believes the prince could be doing a workout of running, strength sessions and total body activity.
He told the Daily Mail: "Shaping the legs takes more effort than just losing the weight, doing some form of strength training will help to form the legs (body) you desire. Pilates can help with core strength, posture development and mobility. So Prince Harry is probably engaging in a weekly training routine of doing it three to five times per week to build muscle, maintain weight and keep fit.
"With Harry's military background, he will be benefiting from sticking to a routine and maintaining discipline and focus to get into shape and then to maintain his physique."
Prince Harry's mother-in-law Doria Ragland has been a yoga teacher in Los Angeles for years and in 2017 she said: "Yoga is my thing."

Prince William 'won't cut ties' with Church of England despite King Charles 'differences'
Prince William will "not cut ties" with the Church of England when he becomes King, royal insiders have claimed.
The Prince of Wales made headlines this week over speculation about whether he would take the centuries-old title of Supreme Governor of the Church of England when he eventually succeeds his father, King Charles.
It started after a new biography of King Charles III by Robert Hardman suggested that William lacks the "unshakeable devotion" to the Anglican church which characterised the reign of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Prince Andrew passes 'point of no return' for Royal Family and faces 'hermit-like' future

The royal writer said he supports the result of a UK opinion poll last week in which an overwhelming 69 per cent – almost seven out of ten Britons – said they want to see Andrew removed from the line of succession to the throne.
This could only be achieved through an Act of Parliament but Mr. Cawthorne said: “The mere fact we are even talking about such an extreme measure shows just how low Andrew has sunk in public esteem. The British people have had enough and most now simply want him gone.”

Hardman told Hello!'s A Right Royal Podcast: "William is a very private man, who guards his family's privacy very, very closely. And so, to have so many tender childhood secrets, stories and conversations just chucked out into the public domain, I think that really hurt."

Queen Camilla has been praised by a royal author for always supporting her husband King Charles whilst still respecting his "boundaries".

He explained: "She can laugh when there are either adverse headlines or there's some crisis or something. She's just an upbeat person. I could see her in a real crisis, I think she'd be a great asset."
