Prince Harry and Meghan Markle mocked by comedian Simon Brodkin
An English comedian has savaged Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at a stand up gig telling them to “f**k off”.
The brutal attack by comic Simon Brodkin came just weeks after he performed for Prince William and Princess Kate on stage at the Royal Variety Performance. The comic uploaded the footage of one of his shows onto X.
In the clip he said: “I started off, I wanted to like them. They were making interesting points about racism and misogyny.
“But then they start calling each other H and M and I just thought ‘oh do f*** off’. Honestly by the time Harry was describing a particular date with Meghan as the night they quote ‘pulled a pin on a fun grenade’ I actually started rooting for Prince Andrew.”
His shock comic ways have not gone down well with those who staunchly defend the Sussexes, and Meghan's fans were outraged by his jokes and slammed him on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
@Judyinrichmond wrote: "You know the hate they get is causing Meghan to get death threats, why add to that? All the people in the world you could make the butt of your jokes but you choose cheap jokes about Harry and Meghan."
Other fans were fuming that the comedian equated the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to controversial figure Prince Andrew.
@biggiupdee added: "I don’t even get the jokes! All I know is to put Andrew in the same sentence as H&M is cheap."
Others called him a “clout chaser” and said that they were “sick” of people using the royal duo to make money.

Meanwhile royal watchers have chimed in with their thoughts on what looks to be a make or break year for Brand Sussex.
Speaking to MailOnline, he said: "Something is beginning to unwind at the heart of Meghan and Harry. I think 2024 is going to be seismic, either because they're going to do something to recover and find a new positive tactic or it's going to be the undoing of the brand.
"It can only go one or two ways. It can't stay where it is at the moment. Because it's clearly not working."
